In MBA programme the entire period of two years as been divided into four semesters, each semester consisting of five papers / subjects. 16 papers in the first three semesters compulsory. In the fourth semester, a participants has to choose one major and one minor specialization out of three specialization groups, viz., Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Financial Management. In each optional group, four papers deal with theoretical aspects of that specialization group. The last paper (P. XVI) of semester of MBA course is "Project Report & Viva-voce" wherein the participants required to do an assignment involving some real-world problem and write a report thereon.
A copy of the detailed syllabus for entire MBA programme is issued to every participant the beginning of the first semester.
