SHOE MAKING short course (6 weeks)

Students will come in contact with a professional leather artisan with more of 40 years of experience as a shoemaking professor, learning how to make high-quality handmade shoes following the traditional rules of the "Made in Italy".
The learning process includes explanations and practical training on how to take foot measurements, drawing the patterns, cutting and sewing of the leather, lasting the shoe and finishing the soles after attachment. Cutting, dexterity and precision are the essence of well-made shoes.
