LIQUEFIED GAS TANKER FAMILIARISATION

LIQUEFIED GAS TANKER FAMILIARISATION is a five days program & is recognized by the Indian and Singapore Administrations.
Target of the program:
After completing the program, students will be in a position to work on liquid gas tanker in supporting & operational rank, i,e any rank other than masters, chief engineer officers, chief mates and second engineers.
Syllabus:
The program is meant for officers & key ratings who have not earlier worked on board liquid gas tanker as part of the consistent counterpart. It comprises the compulsory minimum training requirements set by S.T.C.W & it contains fundamental safety & pollution stoppage precaution & process, layout of various type of liquefied gas tanker, type of cargoes, their threats, handling instruments, general operational arrangement & liquefied gas tanker techniques.
