PG Diploma in Web Journalism

The main focus of the programme is to provide an understanding of the Internet phenomenon and its impact on journalism, with special attention to the search for a new style of narrative-one that could take advantage of the simultaneous use of text, hypertext, photos, images in motion, audio and databases. In addition to working on the production of a publication, students will analyze and discuss the origins of online journalism and its current trends.

Students can build careers in web journalism, broadcast journalism (news channels, news agencies), print journalism (newspapers, magazines), web site management, content developing for web sites of MNCs, corporates and film industry.
