Institute offers 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) approved by AICTE, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi. The program provides unique advantages over and above traditional post graduate management degrees. The strength and uniqueness of the PGDM programme lies in our philosophy of learning with proper attention on each and every student. To provide solid foundation we start our programme with 3 days orientation to prepare them for this unique 2 years programme.
Our curriculum is challenging and flexible to accommodate the new ideas and components of creativity. Each student has an opportunity to specialize in one major area with a wide exposure in the different disciplines of management.

Structure of PGDM
Each academic year comprises of 3 trimesters, with 2 months of summer training in an Organization between the years. The 1st year of 3 trimesters focuses on essential management concepts with equal emphasis on Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT and Operations. The course structure in 1 st year of PGDM is as follows:-

I st Trimester

Summer Training:- A summer project spread over two months between the First and Second Years enables the students to put into practice and learn the new concepts of the corporate world .

2 nd Year
In the Second Year, the emphasis shifts to elective courses, which are designed to give the students as wide a choice as possible, to specialize in areas of their interest and acquire advanced knowledge and skills. The programme rounds off with a strong emphasis on integrative and value-oriented courses such as Business Policy, Business Ethics and Environmental Issues so as to make the student not only a competent manager, but also a socially responsible citizen.
The 2nd year curriculum will also encompass advanced management concepts, which will be compulsory and common to all students. In this year students has to select major and minor elective subject. In major each student need to select 6 papers and in minor category they need to select 3 papers.
