The objective of this course is to prepare the participants in developing entrepreneurial leadership as weel as managerial attitudes in their respective fields. The two years Management Programme offers a comprehensive education in management as well as the opportunity to develop competence in a particular area of interest. The confidence created by ability to perform well in an organization may be based on expertise geared to the special needs of an area, such as international business or in depth understanding of a particular functional area, such as finance, information systems or operations management.
The two year programme has been divided into four semesters. The first semester studies concentrate on general principles and practices and practices of business skills and techniques, the second semester provides knowledge of application areas like personnel, marketing.
