The programme covers all the essentials of the contemporary hospitality industry thereby preparing students for a successful career, such as Basic Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operations, Hotel House Keeping, Computer Fundamentals, Food Production etc. The course also provides application of the knowledge gained through presentations which form an integral part of the academic curriculum.
