Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling

This is a one year post graduate diploma course for persons desirous of equipping themselves with effective human relationship skills to facilitate effective interpersonal functioning, personal growth and development. The course is built on a developmental - humanistic - experiential framework where participants are encouraged to reflect on their personal awareness as an ongoing process with the development of helping skills.
The course is useful for persons working in interpersonal contexts and helping professions (Such as teachers, social workers, nurses) where interaction with people is a key factor in the one's daily life. The course will also provide an awareness of the dynamics of human behavior from normal developmental processes.
